Description
Forensic Science is the interest of how science is applied to the service of the law. The Forensic Science minor is an interdisciplinary minor that will introduce students to the multifaceted nature of criminal investigations. Students will gain knowledge in several disciplines that contribute to the forensic sciences.
Requirements
The Forensic Science minor consists of a minimum of 15 credit hours.

Admissions and Certification of Minor
The minor will be administered by the Interdisciplinary Program in CHASS. The minor must be completed no later than teh semester in which the student expects to graduate from his or her degree program. Paperwork for certification should be completed no later than during the registration period for the student's final semester at NC State.
