College Liaisons coordinate the submission of course and curricular actions from their College to the Office of Undergraduate Courses and Curricula. All proposals should be provided to the Liaison.

Once the proposal has been approved at the college level, the College liaison will forward one hard copy and one electronic copy of the complete action to the Office of Undergraduate Courses and Curricula (OUCC), Division of Academic and Student Affairs (DASA), Campus Box 7105, Park Shops 308, NCSU, Raleigh, NC, 27695.

All agenda items for UCCC must be received at least one week prior to the scheduled meeting for placement on the agenda. If required signatures or documentation is missing from the action, it will be returned to the College Liaison. Actions received after the agenda deadline will be placed on the next scheduled UCCC agenda.
