The Office of Undergraduate Courses and Curricula (OUCC) is housed in the Division of Undergraduate Academic Programs (DUAP) and is located in the Park Shops building room 308, Box 7105. The OUCC manages the approval process for all undergraduate course and curricular offerings at NC State, is responsible for implementation of the General Education Program (GEP), and serves as a point of contact for on-campus as well as off-campus entities and works directly with the University of North Carolina General Administration (UNC-GA), the University Courses and Curricula Committee (UCCC), the Council on Undergraduate Education (CUE), Registration and Records, the colleges and the Provost's office regarding undergraduate courses and curricula related matters.
This website provides guidelines, instructions, and forms for creating or revising courses and curricula; the requirements and course lists for the General Education Program; and an overview of the approval process.
